Administrative Support

Provide support to the company. This support might include General Office Management, answering phone, speaking with clients, assisting employer ,clerical work (including maintaining records and entry data), or variety of other task.    

Customer Support

Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Billing and Collection

Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment. Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to respond; initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection; keeping records of collection and status of accounts.

Accounting Assistant 

Support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

Social Media Management

Managing your online presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter by creating, publishing, and analyzing content you post. In addition, social media management includes engaging and interacting with social media users.

Data & Research

Gathering and analyzing data, maintaining and constantly improving the quality of an organization's data, and collaborating with the research team to present data in a convincing way.

Personal Assistant

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. organizing events and conferences.
